Software QA Engineer

Salary indicator: c. £40-50k plus bonus
On the back of powerful growth we're looking for a QA Software Test Engineer to lead a full range of QA activities in ensuring the quality of released software. It includes coordinating the activities of the QA team – though remains very much a ‘hands-on’ role.
You will have a proven track record in all aspects of QA activities within a software development team delivering complex commercial software - and ideally be ISEB qualified. You will be used to taking full responsibility for all testing activities including both planning and implementation. Further you will demonstrable experience of automated tests systems - having both run and developed such tests; desktop and enterprise apps; automated QA test complete tool is desirable, as is knowledge of mobile telecoms, including UMTS and GSM systems. Ideally you will have worked on systems such as network planning, network optimization, protocol analysis or other software that supports the network technology.
