Senior C# .Net Designer

Location: Newbury
Salary indicator: to £50k+ (plus bonus)
We're looking for a Senior Software Developer to take a lead role across all aspects of the SDLC.
You will be back-end focused (perhaps from a C/C++, Java background) with a proven track record of delivering complex commercial software. A hands-on developer, upwards of 5 years of software development experience designing in C# on a Windows .Net platform is a pre-requisite. As is working with both desktop and enterprise systems, including 2+ years working with .NET and WPF. Very much 'at home' contributing to the design and architecture of software solutions: taking full responsibility for your work and team's activities including both planning and implementation, whilst mentoring more junior team members.
'Nice to haves' include: experience of Oracle and SQL; Agile methodology; mobile telecoms, including UMTS and GSM systems; software which supports network planning, network optimization, protocol analysis.
