Product Director - Deep tech AI start-up

£100-135k negotiable

The Director of Products will be ‘in at the start’ in a new London team set to grow rapidly over the coming months.

Our client is a deep tech AI company founded by a group of MIT technology enthusiasts, engineers, computer scientists. This well-funded start-up provides Location Intelligence technologies through unique products and tailored solutions that utilize AI and advanced analytics to extract insights from geospatial data to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader of software products who possesses a product excellence mindset with experience in delivering customer-focused products and a history of successful releases and/or management. 

The Product Director role:

  • Strategic product direction and vision
  • New innovative products for the company to develop
  • Management of software product execution (from design to development, and even involvement in the product marketing)
  • Orchestrate the various team members working on a specific software product
  • Work with the CEO to manage the technical team located in the London office (this team being largely responsible for the company’s product development)

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in managing, developing, or enhancing software products
  • Participated in the development and release of multiple completed commercial products
